Brand History
Kleppa Teknoloji was founded in 1975 by the Kleppa family in İstanbul İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone — the founding mission: manufacture domestic industrial irons and finishing tables for Türkiye's garment and dry-cleaning industries. After focusing on manual press irons in its early years, the company started steam-generator manufacture post-1985; in 1995 it developed its own KKD finishing table series and quickly became the standard Türkiye brand 'from neighborhood shop to chain dry cleaner.' Today, under the third generation of Kleppa family management, the firm operates an 18,000 m² closed manufacturing facility with 140+ engineers/technicians and exports to 40+ countries. Kleppa's manufacturing philosophy: 304 stainless steel chassis, PEDROLLO Italian pumps, Türkiye-stocked spare parts (24-hr delivery), local engineering support. CE, PED, TS EN certified production — quality control inspects 18 points per device. Türkiye-installed base of 15,000+ active devices, dealer/distributor networks across MENA + Iran + Russia/CIS.

All Kleppa-manufactured devices ship with 2-year full warranty (parts + labor). 28 service points across Türkiye — average response 24 hours (major cities) / 48 hours (Anatolia). Main spare-parts stock at İkitelli HQ — same-day shipment, 1-2 day Türkiye delivery. Regional stock depots in international markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Egypt, Russia). Post-warranty service contracts run ₺8,000-25,000/year (device type and usage intensity). User training included for 1 week post-install; annual refresher training optional.
