Jacket Steam Air Form Finisher
The KS-01 finishes outerwear and denim — coats, parkas, jackets, raincoats, sportswear, jeans — using combined steam and air-blow ironing. Adjustable inflation pressure and timer-controlled steam/air cycles tune the finish per garment type. Low operating cost and high throughput keep production lines profitable.
Pump, valves and safety components are first-grade; the electrostatic powder-coated body resists corrosion. Quick steam ramp-up, 24/7 continuous operation, robust construction and ergonomic operation are standard. The unit runs on industrial 380V three-phase power with automatic water feed.
