MERSIS and tax registry information will be updated before launch. Buyer (Consumer): The natural person who declares identity and contact details on the order form on our website.
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the Parties in connection with the sale and delivery of the product purchased electronically by the Buyer through our website. The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product, and confirms electronically.
The order confirmation form details: type, quantity, brand/model, sales price (VAT included), payment method, recipient name, delivery address, invoice information and shipping cost. The order confirmation email is delivered to the Buyer as a durable medium.
The Buyer acknowledges having read the website preliminary information regarding the product's essential characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery. The product is delivered to the Buyer's address within 30 days at the latest; this period may be shortened as notified to the Buyer. Delivery is conditional on payment of the product price; if payment fails or is reversed by the bank, the Seller is released from the delivery obligation.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty. To exercise the withdrawal right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing at info@kleppa.com.tr or the Seller's contact address. The product must be returned to the Seller; the returned product must be unused, with packaging undamaged and resalable. Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, the Seller refunds the product price and any delivery costs paid by the Buyer through the original payment method. Note: The Distance Contracts Regulation revision (published 24.05.2025, effective 01.01.2026) introduces certain changes regarding withdrawal rights; this text will be updated to reflect those changes before launch.
Under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases: • Goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs, custom-made or whose installation has begun (including custom-engineered industrial equipment), • Perishable goods or goods past their expiry, • Goods whose protective packaging, seal or band is opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health/hygiene reasons, • Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, • Services already commenced with the consumer's prior consent.
The product is delivered to the Buyer's address within 30 days at the latest via a contracted courier. Stocked items typically deliver within 7-14 business days. Shipping costs are communicated to the Buyer on the order confirmation page. Buyer is responsible for delivery to third parties and accuracy of invoice information. Carrier damage must be documented at the time of delivery.
The product price is charged based on the price displayed on the website at the time of order, including VAT. Payment is made via Iyzico (credit/debit card) or bank wire transfer (EFT/havale). Card details are not stored by the Seller; payment is processed via PCI-DSS-compliant Iyzico infrastructure. For wire transfer, the Buyer is expected to remit payment to the indicated IBAN within 7 business days; otherwise the order is automatically cancelled.
Kleppa-manufactured products carry a 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized intervention, natural disasters or user-caused damage. For products with manufacturing defects, the Buyer may contact the Seller at info@kleppa.com.tr or +90 212 608 08 08 with proof of purchase; the Seller will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time. For returns under the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (read together with Article 5).
For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards have jurisdiction up to monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above those thresholds. The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court at the Buyer's or the Seller's place of residence.
The Buyer may submit any complaint or request related to this agreement to info@kleppa.com.tr or +90 212 608 08 08. The Seller commits to evaluating and responding to complaints within 30 days. For detailed information on consumer rights, the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance may be consulted.
By completing the order form on the website and confirming electronically, the Buyer declares having read, understood and accepted all provisions of this agreement. Comprised of 12 articles, this agreement enters into force upon the Parties' electronic confirmation. The agreement is delivered to the Buyer by email as a durable medium.
