These Terms of Use set out the rules that users wishing to benefit from the services offered on the kleppa.com.tr website by Kleppa Teknoloji Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Kleppa") are required to comply with. By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Membership is free of charge for both natural and legal persons. To register, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. • Account security is the user's responsibility • Accounts may be suspended in case of false or misleading information • Kleppa reserves the right to refuse any membership application without giving a reason
Orders placed via the website are subject to the following conditions: • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed • Delivery time varies between 7-21 business days depending on stock availability • Delivery fees vary by product and delivery address • In case of shipping damage, a written report must be made to the carrier upon receipt
Prices listed on the website are in USD and exclude 20% VAT. Prices may change without prior notice. The price and exchange rate at the moment of order confirmation apply.
Returns and exchanges of industrial equipment are subject to distance-sales contract terms: • Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days • For returns other than manufacturing defects, the product must be unused • Custom-made or installed orders cannot be returned • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer
Products manufactured by Kleppa are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised intervention, natural disasters or user-induced damage. Warranty terms are delivered with each product on a separate document.
All text, images, video, logos, trademarks and designs on the website are owned by Kleppa or the relevant rights holders. Copying, reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Kleppa exercises reasonable care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. However, technical specifications may change with product version. For purchase decisions requiring certainty, confirmation with our sales team is recommended.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes between users and Kleppa shall be resolved by the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
