Two-Iron Steam Boiler
The KL-02 series fully automatic steam boiler is designed to produce high-quality steam for ironing tables. With the capacity to feed two hand irons simultaneously, this steam boiler provides 24 hours of continuous operation and is an ideal choice for heavy-duty ironing operations.
The boiler's water tank is located internally and, with its 50-litre capacity, allows for extended use. Its steam production rate is also very high. By generating a sufficient amount of steam within approximately 7-8 minutes, it makes ironing operations fast and effortless.
In addition, thanks to its wheels the steam boiler offers easy mobility, and its elegant design fits in with any business environment. The boiler runs on industrial 380V or single-phase 220V power, and its energy-saving heating elements reduce energy consumption.
The boiler's safety system is also very robust. It is 100% safe with a safety valve, pressure switch, and thermal cut-out. Thanks to the pump system, water feed is fully automatic, and the pressurised steam vessel is made of Cr-Ni stainless steel for long service life.
Finally, the KL-02 series fully automatic steam boiler is ready to operate in approximately 10 minutes; you can switch on all heating elements for high steam demand, or switch on just enough for lower steam demand to save energy.
