The KL-04 is a steam boiler designed to run four hand irons simultaneously. Two independent heating elements let you shut one off when only two irons are in use, cutting energy consumption. It supports 24/7 continuous operation and reaches working steam in 7-10 minutes; integrated wheels keep it easy to move on the shop floor. Built to international safety standards with a small footprint, it stays practical in high-density ironing rooms.
Each heating element runs independently — open all of them for peak steam demand or stage them for energy savings during lighter loads. The unit runs on industrial 380V three-phase power and is 100% safety-equipped (relief valve, pressure switch, thermal cutoff). The pump system auto-feeds water and the pressure vessel is steel.
Ready to operate in roughly 15 minutes. With these capabilities, the KL-04 is the workhorse boiler for industrial ironing rooms.
